Bridges and wheels! Do you practice every damn day? I did not get a chance to get on my mat this morning because I was busy running through the jungle looking for puppies with @sgtpeppersfriends ...??Will make sure to practice in the pm instead.
Remember that practicing yoga every day doesn't necessarily have to mean sweating for 90 minutes in a studio! It can be a moment of gratitude as you wake up. Stretching your body before jumping in the shower. Sitting down in silence under a tree during your lunch break. Focusing on your breath while in line at the grocery store. It can be you on your mat in your pj's for half an hour before going to bed.
And sometimes, practicing yoga just means practicing being a good person.
