For the first time in months I decided to switch up my breakfast today. Usually it's eggs & avocado or Salmon & spinach with my homemade juice. Today I pushed the boat out... ? I had my juice as usual (spinach, ginger, celery, cucumber & beetroot) but I had oats with water & 2 scoops of @reflexnutrition Whey protein and flaxseeds. This used to be my staple breakfast but I haven't had it in a long time. It tasted insanely good so I'm going to start having it again once or twice a week for sure ? give it a try! Use whey to sweeten instead of fruit / syrup / sugars ?
