Responsibility for your actions is very important, and I definitely have realized this and grown. Surrounding yourself with yes men is so incredibly detrimental, you end up fooling yourself. After everything is said and done, you are alone with yourself in your mind... YOU have to look in the mirror and justify your actions. The past is the past and I believe everyone is capable of change and beautifying their soul.
