Mazzy has been testing out summer projects from @Seedling and I can't stress enough how much fun we had with their Great Adventure Kit while friends were visiting this past weekend. Early in the morning, when the kids weren’t looking, I hid coins around the yard. Then over breakfast, we told them the house used to be inhabited by pirates who buried treasure outside in all different spots. I drew the kids identical maps and helped them figure out how to read them. They had the best time running around unearthing treasures, putting them in the satchel, trying to understand the compass and actually working together as a team.
