Home grown globe Artichokes picked for @jamiesfifteen all different varieties beautiful as you can see......most people don't really understand how great this vegetable is but there so easy to grow and they are so healthy for you, you can eat them raw in salad with lemon and great olive oil and new growth thyme tips there great roasted, grilled and marinated or braised with wine and herbs always good stewed with sweet tomatoes and even deep fried there's so many different ways to cook them so I've put a load of really good recipes on jamieoliver.com click the link on my profile page if you wanna quick link....
