I got to hang out with my friend Story from @kids4wolves at @WolfHavenintl ! @wolfhaven doesn't let most of their animals breed, but they are part of the Species Survival Program for Mexican gray wolves, a critically endangered subspecies of gray wolves (only 109 live in the wild). This year 3 Mexi pairs had a total of TEN pups at Wolf Haven! These pups might be released into the wild one day and are a big boost to the endangered population."
