My absolute favorite protein dense snack right now holy YUM!! It's really perfect for inbetween workouts here's my recipe!
3/4 cup vanilla yogurt
2 tblsp peanutbutter
1/2 scoop @revlabs protein powder
1/2 cup @thrivefooddirect granola medley
And a squeeze of honey!
Mix it all together and enjoy!! I am totally addicted to this right now, its a good balance of fats, proteins and carbs and it cuts out any sweet cravings I'm having because its so delicious!
