Easy and saves me money too: grind beans, brew coffee extra strong (more than your usual morning fare), pour in Mason jar, cool and let it set in fridge. Once completely chilled, grab a cup, add lots of ice and whatever you fancy with your coffee or just straight up. Cashew milk is my favourite alternative if you're looking to go dairy-free.
