Instructor Päivi and I after a successful completion of the Advanced Adventurer course here in the Gulf of Thailand.

I learned of Koh Tao through fellow backpackers and had been looking forward to exploring and diving. I completed my Open Water license early in the week (big shout out to instructor Nick Paul!) and decided to continue my training to the next level. This tier builds upon your previous training and includes 5 more dives, focused specifically on things like night diving, buoyancy control, navigation, and computer diving. This course also allows you to dabble in deep dives extending to 30 meters / 100 feet (!) below the water's surface, where things start to get a little loopy, depending on your luck.
