Just over a year ago, Mary Young wouldn’t have been able to describe the perfect run. An old injury had sidelined the Toronto native for years. But as her health improved, she set her sights on running and didn’t look back. She now trains regularly with the Nike+ Run Club in Toronto which has become her running family.

Mary says, "I live for it now," of her new running regimen and the feeling that comes with it. “It's a mix of freedom and peace. It truly is a high, and I chase it every time I run," she told us.

Tomorrow, she’ll chase it with 10,000 other women in her hometown as she races the Nike Women's 15K Toronto.
