Here's my @Flavorgod Seasonings PHILLY CHEESESTEAK SANDWICH WITH A GARLIC BEER CHEESE SAUCE

Cheat??meal

1.I sautéed some bell peppers and onions in some of my Cajun seasoning and pink S&P ,then
2.I did a quick pan sear of some thin, cut ribeye and seasoned the meat with my Pink Salt & pepper ,( I get my thin,cut rib eye from Asian markets)
3.Next I buttered a roll and toasted it in the oven on broil.
I than made my Beer Cheese Sauce.

Here's my SAUCE RECIPE:
Ingredients:
?6 ounces - bottled beer,something light and crisp
?6 ounces - cream cheese
?8 ounces - cheese / mozzarella or jack
?1 1/2 tbsp - #flavorgod seasoning
? 2 cloves - garlic / minced

Directions:
Pour the beer , garlic and seasoning in a medium sauce pot and place over medium heat.Bring to a simmer. Cut the cream cheese into cubes and place in the pot. Then add shredded cheese to the pot.
Whisk continually until both cheeses have melted and the beer cheese dip is smooth
Turn off heat and serve over sandwich!
