Try my #crescentlunge with a back bend to feel uplifted and strong for today. (Great one for the legs!) The lunge tones and creates strength in the legs (hello thighs), and the backbend is heart opening so invigorates you whilst your finding balance. My tip: exhale into a crescent lunge, raise your arms with biceps by the ears and sink your hips down to the floor whilst gently arching your back. You'll be wobbly, but switch your core on to stabilise yourself :) and breathe and hold for a few breaths. let me know if u have any questions xxx // @98RileyStGym
