Feeling very content in this moment knowing I have everything I need here and now. And I'm not talking about financial wealth or material desires, I mean getting to know that place within our hearts where there is no drama and where nothing is lacking. Sometimes our minds get so busy with all the "could have's" and "need to's" - it's good to stop and look around for some perspective. I have everything I need. A roof over my head. A body that takes me places. A heart that feels. A mind that creates. Dogs by my side and sky above my head. I have everything I need. And so do you. #namaste
