Are you looking for a REALLY good upper body workout? I’m telling you guys this one is absolutely insane! I was so sore! If@you cant do push-ups substitute it with a forearm plank rock (rock forward like your trying to touch your shoulders to the ground.
Here’s how you do it!
1. 10-15 reps
2. 60 seconds (this one burns your upper tricep and delts like crazy!)
3. 10-15 reps
