I think there’s an assumption that people think that once you’ve hit you goal weight then you’ve reached the end of your journey and can relax. In reality, I know I still have to look after myself and keep my body fuelled. I always get asked how to I maintain the weight I’ve lost and the great news is you can still eat all the foods you love!
