ミリー・マッキントッシュさんのインスタグラム写真 - (ミリー・マッキントッシュInstagram)「Sienna, our little fashionista, is almost 3 and a half. She's recently started a new adventure, spending a full day at nursery each week. It's incredible to witness her blossoming into such a confident and independent young lady, but I have to admit, I really do miss her when she's away for the whole day 💔 She's recently taken to dressing herself, and the results are sometimes great and sometimes… not so great 😂 But I’m happy she’s feeling confident enough to come downstairs in an array of imaginative outfits she's personally styled. And oh, the nighttime surprises! After we've tucked her into bed, she finds her way back down for impromptu fashion shows, including one memorable appearance recently in her football kit. It's turned into an almost nightly guessing game, and sometimes it can be a bit challenging, especially when she's supposed to be fast asleep 🌙 Our bedtime routine has always been two stories and a lullaby, but has now evolved into a slightly longer affair. Sienna has become a master at prolonging bedtime asking for a story from Mum and then Dad and then another one just for luck. She’s also often asking to brush her teeth AGAIN or have ANOTHER drink. I’m hoping this is something which she grows out of soon as it’s making our evenings very short. She's been delivering one-liners that leave us in stitches. Just the other morning, as I was preparing to head to work, she looked at me and said, "Oh, Mummy, you look fabulous!" 😄 She also recently expressed her dislike for a rather grimy train station underpass we found ourselves in, telling me, "Mummy, this isn't very fancy!" 😂😂 I couldn't help but burst into laughter at her candid observation. As Sienna grows older, her vibrant personality shines brighter, and her humour and confidence continue to make us feel very lucky 💗 I'm incredibly grateful to share these precious moments with her but I would also like some tips on how to keep her in her bed once bedtime is done.
