Cleaning up a little to make sure my space feels organized to start a new week. Then heading to the beach w my mom to bask in the sun and swim in the ocean. The beach is literally the cure to any stress or anxiety for me, I’m not sure what it is about the salty water and blue colors but it brings me so much peace. Then I come back home and take an everything shower which feels so damn good. And then I lay in bed with wet hair, moisturized body and take a post beach nap that will bring me back to life. Once I wake up, I have my best friends come over and we talk about everything and nothing all at once, order food and watch a movie.
