Grateful for my time spent at @mayrlife_official this month 💛

I love trying new wellness practices and going to different places around the world that have different modalities and programs to understand what works best for my body.

My goal at @mayrlife_official was to learn more about my gut health. You can say I definitely learned a lot! Without taking the initial blood test, I would’ve never learned about what types of food allergies I have, candida, and parasites (don’t be alarmed - about 80% of people have parasites. Another reason why it’s SO important to learn what’s going on in your body).

Being able to stay at @mayrlife_official in the gorgeous country of Austria and taking time to detox not only my body but my energy and soul is something I will always love being able to do.
