@mamawelluk keeping her eye on me during my pregnancy with Wilder has I believe helped with making my post partum recovery the best yet! Meaning there isn’t a huge amount we can’t do with our workouts now. Thank goodness as I feel I need to be stronger than ever these days … mentally & physically!

I also want to say a big thank you to my body I think for the first time ever! I’m not usually very kind to it/ myself but looking back at these videos & the fact it’s done this 3 times is pretty cool hey! ✨👧🏻👦🏼👶🏻
