So summers is right round the corner but don’t worry, if you’re looking to chisel in those final definitions for that defined core this Advanced workout is a must 🔥
Exercises:
1. Knee-In Crunch / Side-to-Side
2. Butterfly Kicks
3. Weighted Leg Raise
4. Russian Twists
5. Incline Single Arm Raise Push Ups
6. Incline Side Plank
Aim for 3 sets of 12-15 Reps, for beginners I would suggest the same exercises but without weights, get more in tune with the movement and aim to achieve 3 sets of 10 reps 💪🏾
