Speaking of which, the overhead tricep extension targets all three heads of the tricep and can be performed in several different positions. The most basic version you’ve probably grown to see, but you can also complete this move in a seated position.

☑️ Start with a light weight setting, especially if this is your first time trying these.
☑️ Begin with a shoulder width apart, your elbows should be facing forward and upwards.
☑️ Let your hands lower with control.
☑️ Once you feel a stretch, fully extend your elbows by reaching hands upwards & overhead.
☑️ Keep your elbows in the same position throughout the entirety of the movement.
