NBA veteran Jeremy Lin is speaking out about the anti-asian racism amid the rise in hate crimes in the U.S. In a statement, Lin, also touched on his own experience with racism on the court, which has included being called "coronavirus" during games. "We are tired of being told that we don't experience racism, we are tired of being told to keep our heads down and not make trouble. We are tired of Asian American kids growing up and being asked where they're REALLY from," Lin wrote. "I want better for the next generation of Asian American athletes."
