My friend @kit_willow designed this gorgeous corset made from marine litter and discarded nylon fishing nets that were removed from the ocean and turned into thread, knitted in Italy using solar power! Whiz bang. ?? The dress is silk and hand woven ikat created from artisans with @artisansoffashion.
The more I learn about the science, impacts and solutions to #climatechange, the more I realize it’s up to us as individuals to make small changes. If you love fashion for example, opting to buy natural fiber clothing - organic cotton, linen (made from flax), silk, wool, cashmere, hemp and jute are all great.
