Thailand, you were amazing! I had the chance to work hard on my #technique and kept the last 4 days to work on my depth and push myself to new limits. Sadly, a sinus infection kept me out of the water for the last 5 days, not even being able to have my head underwater in the pool. I am nonetheless VERY happy of my #progression and how easy it was to get down to 148ft/45m with air left in my #lungs and #ability to keep #equalizing #deeper. I cannot thank my #coach @akim_apnea enough for #believing in me, for pushing me and for letting me built my #confidence under water. You are one hell of a coach, thank you for kicking my ass!
