Crispy Buffalo Chicken Wings

Ingredients:
▪️12 -20 chicken wings

Sauce
In a bowl:
▪️1-2 tbsp - #flavorgod buffalo seasoning
▪️1 - lemon / juice
▪️1-3 tbsp. - Melted Butter / I use @omgheebutter
?#flavorgod pink salt & pepper - to taste

Direction:
▪️Steam chicken wings first for 7 minutes in 2 separate batches (12 wings each)( 7 min each batch)

(Steam helps lessen smoke in oven when roasting

▪️Turn oven on 425*F
▪️Place chicken wings on baking sheet and roast 20 min.
▪️flip and cook for 20 more minutes.
▪️add all above ingredients into bowl and toss with cooked chicken wings.
